Join us as we dive into the topic of Leadership Attributes and Cultural Traps, focusing on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders (AAPI). We will explore the challenges and opportunities for leadership for AAPI individuals, addressing whether they have the necessary leadership attributes, the truth about the glass ceiling, and sources of misperception. Our expert speakers will highlight the cultural traps that often lead to leadership gaps, and they will shed light on the unique challenges that AAPI individuals face in leadership roles.
